Our Story and Commitment
Hepzibah Foundation was founded on **August 1st, 2023**, by **Anuoluwapo Gabriel** with a clear and urgent vision: to counter the systemic challenges faced by young girls across the globe.
Our motivation stems from the deep-seated reality that millions of girls worldwide are held back by **gender inequality**, **economic vulnerability**, and **cultural misogyny**. This manifests not only in local communities where girls are looked down upon and silenced but also on a global scale through limited access to quality education, increased risk of **gender-based violence (GBV)**, and a lack of role models and safe spaces.
The Foundation is dedicated to transforming this narrative. We provide a platform where girls can confront these challenges head-on, feel valued, and know their inherent strength. By investing in mentorship, education, and advocacy, we ensure the girl child is equipped with the confidence, knowledge, and spiritual grounding needed to overcome limitations and achieve her full potential in a complex world.
